Man about town

Whilst portrait photography is my passion and the area of focus for this year, the projects I have in mind are going to require some planning and take time. As all that is happening behind the scenes I still love nothing more than taking photos regardless of the subject.

If you go my my personal work on the website or visit my other Instagram page you will see my work with street photography. These are not street photos like you see from most people, but more of the urban landscape that we see everyday and with the magic of composition, light and editing can turn these into something more.

That’s a few examples from recent outings, the genre of photography is one that most don’t understand or see the art in, but that’s what makes photography great, is the fact that its so subjective.

This blog post is also here for any budding photographers, to show that you don’t need epic locations or subjects to practice, you just need a nice pair of walking shoes and a device that will capture an image for you.
